Yahne Gibson, Founder
Yahne Gibson (CPC), founder of Gibson Arnold & Associates, Inc., has over twenty years of staffing and recruiting experience in the employment industry. Yahne began her company in 1981 with a focus in legal full-time placements. In the mid-eighties, she expanded the business by providing temporary personnel to law firms and corporate legal departments. Yahne was an active member of the Houston Business Women's Counsel, as well as having served on other local and national committees. In addition to her many career accomplishments, the Houston Business Journal has honored Yahne, for several years running, for founding and managing one of Houston's Top 50 Women Owned Businesses.
Yahne retired at the end of 2003, selling GAA to her daughter and company President, Melinda Delmonico. GAA is committed to continuing the tradition of excellence and success that Yahne started while growing the company.
