Melinda Delmonico, Chairman/President/CEO

Ms. Delmonico is the President/CEO of Gibson Arnold & Associates, Inc. She joined the company in 1992 opening the Denver, Colorado office. Prior to her work in the legal placement industry, Ms. Delmonico had a career in the legal accounting industry working closely with law firms nationally and internationally. Law schools, paralegal programs and various legal associations regularly invite Ms. Delmonico to speak about job hunting and career opportunities in the legal community.

Scott Delmonico, CFO/COO

Mr. Delmonico has a long history in the Denver legal community. He has worked in the finance area in major Denver law firms for over 20 years. Mr. Delmonico is responsible for ensuring the financial viability of GAA. Mr. Delmonico received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and History and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance.

Elizabeth Dahill, Executive Vice President

Ms. Dahill has fifteen years of sales, marketing, and management experience in the Denver and Chicago legal communities. Although she is based in GAA’s Denver office, Ms. Dahill’s responsibilities include managing sales, client relationships, and new client development in GAA’s Colorado, Texas, and California offices. Prior to joining GAA, she was a manager at a Fortune 500 company that provides legal support services.
