Company History

Yahne Gibson founded Gibson Arnold & Associates, Inc. (GAA) in 1981 to meet the legal staffing needs of the Houston legal community. She developed a business methodology which earned GAA a reputation for quality and professional in the Houston area. For the next several years, Yahne's efforts were rewarded with considerable success.

This success included a major client in the Los Angeles area which lead to the opening of our Los Angeles office in 1990. The Los Angeles office quickly and steadily grew in to another GAA success . This growth continued with the expansion into the Denver area in 1992, spearheaded by Melinda Delmonico. Melinda's tireless efforts quickly developed the Denver office in to a major recruiting force in the Denver area.

Offices in three major cities put GAA in an excellent position to serve our larger clients as they frequently had offices in at least two of our locations. Such coverage also earned GAA the ability to recruit nationally and find personnel for any city in the country. GAA anticipates opening offices in additional cities in the near future.

Yahne Gibson sold the firm to her daughter, Melinda Delmonico, during January 2004. Elizabeth Dahill, then Executive Vice President, joined the firm as a partner in June 2004.

For 25 years, GAA has helped legal professionals find new opportunities and succeeded at placing attorneys, paralegals, legal secretaries, and support personnel with law firms and corporate legal departments on either a temporary or regular employment basis. The executive team is committed to continuing the success and growth of GAA without compromising our legacy of excellence.
